Pelagic birds are incredible- they spend their lives out over the oceans, only returning to land to breed. They are powerful fliers that can fly effortlessly for long periods of time without rest. This group of birds includes families like albatrosses, storm-petrels, and shearwaters, which are pictured here alongside sheer cliffs the likes of which could be breeding colonies for certain species of storm-petrels and shearwaters.
